and Registration Information
Do I “Apply” or “Register” and what is the difference?
Please First Apply, even if you have been with us in the past. This process provides much of the information we need and we know that things sometimes change from year to year.
Once you submit an application, you should receive an email from expo@csthea.org within 7 to 10 business days.
This email will have the registration link and instructions.
How do I Apply?
To Apply:
1. Read through the Registration Packet in it’s entirety.
2. Fill out the Exhibitor Application completely.
3. Once approved, Register.
4. Add expo@csthea.org and mandi@csthea.org to your contact. Also, please have your representatives also add these email addresses.
How do I Register?
1. If you are a previous exhibitor in good standing, read through the Exhibitor Packet in full.
2. Complete the Registration.
3. Look for the conformation of registration.
4. Watch for the Conformation of Acceptance.
5. Check out our Speaking, Workshop, Advertising, and Sponsorship Opportunities.
How much do Booths cost?
Booth prices depend on location and sponsorship and start as low as $250!

Early prices are only available if Registration is complete by May 1, 2026, (not applications. Applications need to be received by April 24th to Register in time for this discount.)
What else do I need to know?
Everything you need to know is in the Exhibitor Information Packet! Please read through this and pass it on to your representatives, media teams, and others in your company that are involved in the Expo.
